Subscription and account information
A subscription belongs to the PresentSync account signed in at purchase. A desktop authorized by QR uses that account’s access. Google Play renews subscriptions automatically; canceling renewal normally keeps access until the paid period ends. Cancellation or uninstalling the app does not automatically refund a payment. Restore purchases restores eligible active subscriptions for the same account. Account deletion does not cancel store renewal, and its purchase cannot transfer to a new account.
Manage subscriptions from your phone
Sign in to the PresentSync Android app and open Subscriptions to choose a plan. Your computer uses the same account access. Cancel automatic renewal in Google Play.
